The first place award was awarded because the image is very artistically unique and technically sound. In short – it is special. When the image is observed it can be perceived in many ways. It plays with the eye.

這個(gè)照片之所以獲得第一名，是因?yàn)樵搱D像在藝術(shù)上表現(xiàn)獨(dú)特，技巧運(yùn)用合理。簡(jiǎn)而言之，它是特別的。我們?cè)谛蕾p圖像時(shí)，可以通過(guò)多種方式對(duì)其進(jìn)行感知。它能使眼睛愉悅。

I understand that not all people will agree with this choice, but from an arts perspective – it is a clear winner due to its uniqueness.
