里，翟麗老師學(xué)習(xí)了STEM、戲劇、藝術(shù)等課程教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
她曾在深圳不同國(guó)際學(xué)校任職近7年，是一個(gè)樂(lè)觀積極有教育熱憂的人，對(duì)跨文化交流保有高度興趣。尊重是她非?？粗氐钠焚|(zhì)，這也是她對(duì)待學(xué)生的前提——理解學(xué)生的差異性，每個(gè)學(xué)生都是獨(dú)立的區(qū)別的個(gè)體。在鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生保持自我個(gè)性、善良快樂(lè)的同時(shí)她會(huì)不斷激發(fā)他們的學(xué)習(xí)熱情。
翟麗老師曾獲得“福田教育先進(jìn)個(gè)人“和“英皇明星教師”等榮譽(yù)。她也希望成為更加溫暖又強(qiáng)大的人，助益每個(gè)學(xué)生的發(fā)展。
Ms Lynn graduated from Chongqing Institute of Foreign Studies with a bachelor's degree in English- Chinese Applied Translation. She has extensive experience in teaching STEM, Drama and Art.
Ms Lynn has worked in international school in Shenzhen for seven years. Respect is something she values highly because she believes that it is very important to treat students as the unique individuals they are. Her positive attitude filters into the classroom and her teaching where her students are encouraged, valued and loved. As a new teacher to RDF，she is looking forward to the new school year with new students where she will foster individuality, creativity, friendship and life skills. In addition to her qualifications, she received the certificate of “Advanced Individual of Education “ and “Star Teacher in RKEC”
